There is a difference, though. While in personal coaching the individual intrinsically has all the tools she needs to remove the barriers, an organization may need help on the three directions mentioned above. We will be there for you if needed, with our long experience on the matter, either by developing software, offering management and/or business consulting or by simply helping your people to become better at what they do. Or by doing all these together. You will decide what the best approach is! So you don’t have to contact three different companies, each specialized in a specific domain.
